About the role This hybrid role is based in Randburg , with flexibility for some remote work. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, supporting project-based sales, and helping clients find the right aluminium solutions for their requirements. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders to deliver a professional, responsive, and high‑quality customer experience from enquiry through to project handover. Key responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities Manage and grow client accounts Generate leads and support sales pipeline development Build strong relationships with homeowners, architects, contractors, and developers Understand client requirements and recommend suitable aluminium solutions Use CRM tools to manage communication, follow‑ups, and opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to support quotations, project requirements, and client service Contribute to sales strategies that support business growth What we’re looking for The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, target‑driven, professional, and comfortable working in a project‑focused sales environment. Requirements Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills Experience in lead generation, account management, and CRM software Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships Ability to understand and explain technical or complex product offerings Highly focused, proactive, and results‑driven Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal Advantageous experience Experience in the aluminium fenestration industry Knowledge of the construction industry Previous experience in sales, consulting, or business development Why join Inso?
