The successful candidate will support daily FOH operations across two dining spaces, ensuring seamless service, efficient reservations, strong stock and cleanliness control, and consistently high guest satisfaction. What They’re Looking For Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar management role within luxury hospitality Hospitality Diploma advantageous WSET Level 2 or wine knowledge beneficial Strong leadership and communication skills A highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail Ability to motivate and manage a large FOH team Energetic, adaptable, and solutions‑driven personality Passion for luxury guest experiences and exceptional service standards Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage front‑of‑house operations Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff Ensure exceptional guest experiences and handle guest relations Manage reservations and optimise table allocations Monitor stock, breakages, and wastage Handle cash‑ups, handovers, and operational procedures Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards Assist with staff development, rosters, and team performance The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, thrive under pressure, and love building strong guest and team connections while maintaining world‑class service standards.
