MVIA is seeking an experienced Claims Payment Team Leader to oversee the claims payments function and lead a team responsible for the accurate and timely settlement of claims. This role is critical in ensuring payments are processed in line with policy terms, authority limits, and internal controls. The successful candidate will combine strong leadership, sound judgment, and attention to detail to maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and service delivery within a fast‑paced insurance environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the Claims Payments team to ensure accurate and timely processing of claim payments Allocate daily workloads and monitor team performance and productivity Act as the escalation point for complex payment queries and discrepancies Assist with loading claims payments and oversee payment processing across the team Review and verify payments captured by agents to ensure accuracy and compliance Conduct spot checks to identify and correct errors prior to processing Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies or errors Maintain service provider profiles and banking details on the system Review and authorise client refunds before processing Extract and validate daily payment reports and prepare the PACS banking file Distribute payment reports and bordereaux to relevant internal stakeholders Ensure all payments comply with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements Maintain clear and professional communication with agents, service providers, and internal stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
