Requirements: PMP or similar project management certification is a must have. Proficient in MS project or other PM scheduling tools. Highly experienced in the application of project governance and working within a PMO environment. Experience with different project management frameworks, including waterfall and agile. Managing large-scale HR or payroll transformation projects Highly proficient in project management methodology execution, tools, and templates (includes project planning, schedule development, scope management and cost management) Excellent project management skills including prioritization, risk management, scheduling, documentation, and negotiation to ensure project remains on track. Implements rigorous project control mechanisms to ensure project remains on track. Overall Responsibilities: The role will be responsible for driving project planning, execution, governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and ensuring that project objectives are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. A key aspect of the position will involve managing and coordinating external implementation partners, ensuring quality delivery and alignment with business requirements. To be considered, candidates must possess extensive project management experience within payroll environments, particularly involving SAP ECC Payroll and SuccessFactors solutions.
