About the job Maintenance Working Foreman (Lesli) Duties & Responsibilities Optimization of the mill’s technical performance Optimization of the mill’s machinery performance Optimization of the Packing department’s machinery performance (Feeds & Foods) Optimization of departmental workforce Compliance with HACCP and FSSC22000 standards Planning and performing of maintenance work including coordinating preventative maintenance projects and plans Perform inventory management Ensuring Asset Inspection and care Manage all mechanical and electrical breakdowns Energy and environmental impact management Budget preparation and adherence (track & control) Manage the job card system to get positive results on maintenance requirements Skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) People management and disciplinary handling Deadline and technical value driver driven Attention to detail Problem solving skills Positive attitude and assertive Desired Experience & Qualification Grade 12 Instrumentation/ SCADA Systems/ PLC/ HMI/ High voltage switching experience Knowledge of plan automation operations Minimum 5 years’ experience gained in FMCG/ Manufacturing 3 years supervisory experience FSSCC training and experience will be advantageous OHS Safety Rep training and experience will be advantageous First Aid and Fire Fighting training and experience will be advantageous Forklift license will be advantageous Dryer/ Heater bank system training and experience The successful candidate will report to the Assistant General Manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr
