About the Role This role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operational performance of a portfolio of properties. You will ensure buildings are well‑maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently while managing contractors and maintenance teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee maintenance operations across multiple properties Manage contractors, service providers, and maintenance teams Ensure all buildings are compliant with health and safety regulations Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance needs Manage maintenance budgets and cost control Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and projects Ensure minimal disruption to tenants and operations Maintain accurate records and reporting Requirements Previous experience in property or facilities management Strong technical and maintenance knowledge Experience managing contractors and service providers Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills Good financial and budget management ability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and take ownership Package 6-month probation period Upon successful completion: Group risk and pension fund benefits Employer contribution of 6% to CTC 6% employee pension contribution What We’re Looking For A proactive and hands‑on professional who can take full ownership of property maintenance and ensure high standards are consistently maintained. #J-18808-Ljbffr
