Company and Job Description: We are looking for a hands-on Industrial Engineer with solid experience in a manufacturing environment , particularly working with components and production processes .This role will focus on optimising production, improving efficiencies, and supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware products , from component sourcing to assembly and deployment readiness. Key Responsibilities:Analyse and improve manufacturing and assembly processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs Work closely with engineering, procurement, and operations teams on component selection, sourcing, and optimisation Develop and maintain bills of materials (BOMs) and production documentation Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Six Sigma) Optimise production workflows, capacity planning, and resource utilisation Support supplier management , including lead times, quality, and cost efficiencies Drive process standardisation and quality improvements across manufacturing operations Use data and analytics to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):Experience with BOM management and ERP systems Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work across cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, supply chain) Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering or related fieldMinimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment Proven experience working with components (mechanical and/or electronic) Strong understanding of:Production processes Supply chain and inventory management Costing and process optimisation If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
