The successful candidate will play a key role in leading underground mining teams, driving production efficiency, and ensuring strict compliance with health and safety standards. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 License to operate Drill Rig (282 and/or M2C) Mechanised underground mining License to operate Drill Rig Mechanical skills 1 to 2 years\' relevant experience in operating a Drill Rig; experience in the mining environment highly advantageous Key Responsibilities Deliver Drill work according to Standard Operating Procedures for responsible shift Build good working relationships Manage self and show up as a good team player Reduce costs and waste Support the Transformation agenda Follow the HSEQ plan for the Business area Provide feedback to be used in reports Preference will be given to South Africans (HDSA) from local communities surrounding the mine.
