The purpose of this role is to ensure delivery of finished goods to Local and Export Customers, Branches, and Agents is executed on time and in full (OTIF). Oversee all distribution functions and workflows to ensure they are performed accurately, efficiently, and time‑wise in alignment with business and customer requirements. Key performance areas and indicators: POD and Route Administration Budget and Cost Efficiency Fleet Maintenance and Compliance Waybill and Delivery Accuracy Managerial Backup OTIF Loading of FGDS for Branch/Agents Loading of Local Delivery Fleet Stock Accuracy and Control Stock taking and Inventory Management Staff Management and Development Requirements Matric Certificate required Relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management is advantageous 3–6 years’ experience in a manufacturing or logistics/distribution environment Experience working in a global multinational company is preferred Technical Skills Strong knowledge of warehouse, dispatch, and transport processes. Ability to use route planning, courier, and fleet systems effectively. Proficient in compiling operational reports and analyzing discrepancies.
