Responsibilities Position Purpose: Innovate and help drive all SEO activity for the region(s) you will be managing to improve key metrics and deliver outstanding ROI. Primary duties will include: Own each assigned SEO task from inception to reporting of results. If/when needed, manage, train and/or support other members of the team. Optimise all facets of SEO for your region(s) to drive maximum organic growth. Be an SEO evangelist by directing and managing all on‑site audits and implementations to ensure SEO best practices are adhered to (e.g., content briefs, CWV, structured data, etc.) in order to deliver an increase in conversions. Proactively keep abreast of industry news, search engine updates, new trends and share useful insights with the team to ensure the company is at the forefront of SEO innovation. Liaise with and report to senior stakeholders to highlight return on investment and progress achieved on KPIs. Leverage, create and contribute to content strategies to maximise SEO growth. Ensure content and technical SEO considerations are always taken into account. Help internal teams to better understand search engines and help them drive organic growth. Work closely with a variety of internal/external teams as well as regional offices to identify commercial SEO growth areas and to ensure SEO is prioritised. Work with the SEO Manager(s) or Team Lead(s) to define the regional strategy and deliver outstanding ROI. Undertake backlink audits and collaborate toward/managing white‑hat link building campaigns. Qualifications To land this role you will need: German knowledge – full proficiency or native, English – business level (both languages are mandatory and knowledge will be validated during the interview process). 6+ years of SEO experience working on content, on‑page and technical improvements. International SEO experience – working on global domain(s) with multiple websites for different regions/languages that receive traffic from multiple search engines. Great knowledge around important SEO verticals and rich results: news, video, GMB, etc. Experience/knowledge of CFD trading or investing would be an advantage. Experience working in a regulated financial company would be an advantage. Extensive experience working with industry tools: GA, Semrush, Majestic, Screaming Frog, etc. Advanced technical SEO knowledge. Experience managing and executing modern white‑hat link‑building campaigns. Comprehensive knowledge around search engine ranking signals. Strong overall understanding of how content impacts SEO efforts and how to optimise for it. ROI‑orientated approach to task prioritisation.
