A forward-thinking, international engineering firm is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a major solar PV infrastructure project based in Uganda . Minimum Requirements: BSc/BEng in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Registration with a recognized professional engineering body. 5+ years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure or energy projects. 3+ years specifically in the construction and implementation of photovoltaic (PV) projects. Experience with CSP and Molten Salt storage projects is a strong advantage. Strong understanding of construction technical documentation, process control systems, and data-related installations. Familiarity with European technical standards and renewable energy regulations is beneficial. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and Revit. Exposure to PV design and simulation tools like PVSyst , PVSol , PVCase , and SAM is advantageous. Working knowledge of FIDIC contract standards, Primavera P6 , MS Project , and Aconex software is desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
