Key Responsibilities Prepare and bake products. Merchandise and display products according to laid down standards. Maintain hygiene, housekeeping and safety working standards (floor and back-up area). Adhere to and maintain security procedures. Operate and clean equipment according to laid down standards. Maintain equipment – e.g., report defective machinery/utensils to the Bakery Manager. Complete relevant administration documentation e.g., production sheets and customer orders.
