About the job Senior Client Delivery Manager Key purpose: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of complex projects and manage relationships with key clients. The successful candidate will have a track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and teams, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Duties and responsibilities: Manage the delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring they are focused on achieving project goals and delivering high-quality results Identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring they are escalated and resolved in a timely manner Ensure effective communication and collaboration between project teams, clients, and stakeholders Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring they are allocated and managed effectively Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date Provide regular project status reports to clients and stakeholders Qualifications and experience: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field ( MBA or equivalent is advantageous) 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a client-facing role Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues Experience managing budgets and resources Proficient in project management tools and software #J-18808-Ljbffr
