We are looking for a seasoned, technically credible B2B sales professional to sell large-scale solar energy and related solutions to developers, engineers, architects, technical CEOs, and large commercial landowners. This is an enterprise-level role — think shopping centres, industrial estates, logistics hubs, large farms, hospitals, and mines — not residential or small commercial What You'll Be Selling Large-scale rooftop & ground-mounted solar PV systems Battery energy storage systems (BESS) and hybrid power solutions EV charging infrastructure for commercial developments Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS), PPAs, and CAPEX/lease structures Smart energy monitoring and O&M agreements What You Bring 7+ years in senior B2B / solution sales — energy, engineering, construction, or built-environment preferred Track record closing complex, high-value deals (R5m+ per project) with long sales cycles Solid working knowledge of solar PV, BESS, NERSA regulations & grid-tie frameworks (NRS 097, SSEG) Ability to engage credibly with engineers, architects & technical executives — and translate that into clear business cases for CFOs and boards Experience structuring PPAs, EaaS models, and CAPEX/OPEX trade-offs Self-directed hunter — you build pipeline, you close, and you manage relationships for the long term Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Business, or equivalent; SESSA certification advantageous Valid driver's licence | Willingness to travel nationally Who You'll Sell To Developer & Builders Shopping centre, logistics park & large commercial property developers Technical Buyers Engineers, architects, QS firms, energy managers & technical CEOs Agriculture Large-scale farmers, agri-processors, irrigation operations & co-ops #J-18808-Ljbffr
