Opportunity We are looking for an energetic and ambitious person who wants to grow within the company and make some serious cash. As an SDR, your main responsibility will be to conduct pre‑qualification calls with prospective clients and transition them to discovery calls with an 80% booking rate via our podcast method. You will be familiar with the following tech stack: Go High Level, Instantly, Notion, Zapier, Calendly, Linked‑In Sales Navigator, MS Office 365, Google Workspace. We are offering a base salary of $1,500 - $2,000 CAD + commission. This is a full‑time position; you will be required to work 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST. Responsibilities Schedule and conduct podcast interviews with the business’ target audience and industry leaders Follow structured interview frameworks to gather meaningful insights Build and maintain relationships with interview participants Manage follow‑up communication and coordinate next steps with qualified prospects Meet monthly targets for completed interviews and qualified opportunities Maintain an 80% or higher transition rate from interview calls to discovery calls Collaborate with the team to refine interview approaches and improve conversion rates Experience and Skills Excellent communication and active listening skills Strong ability to build rapport quickly Ability to have consultative conversations and ask probing questions Organized and detail‑oriented with good documentation habits Comfortable working independently while meeting team objectives Comfortable with the following tech stack: Go High Level, Instantly, Notion, Zapier, Calendly, Linked‑In Sales Navigator, MS Office 365, Google Workspace Comfortable being on video, conducting discovery calls in podcast format High speed internet and high quality webcam What We Offer Competitive base salary ($1,500 - $2,000 CAD) Performance bonuses Flexible work environment 100% remote Get paid in CAD Hours 09:00‑18:00 EST, but the hire will be expected to be flexible and may need to work evenings from time‑to‑time.
