We are seeking a Platform Engineer to design, build, and maintain the core technology platforms that support Payments, Investor Services, Trade, Pricing & Billing, and Liquidity Management applications. The role focuses on creating scalable, secure, and reliable platforms, integrating cloud services, middleware, and development tools, while ensuring operational efficiency and a seamless client experience. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain enterprise platforms supporting multiple financial services applications. Collaborate with cloud, middleware, API, and development teams to deliver integrated platform solutions. Build and manage infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and platform orchestration. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance, reliability, and security. Ensure platform scalability, high availability, and compliance with financial services regulations. Maintain documentation of platform architecture, processes, and best practices. Participate in Agile development processes, sprint planning, and platform roadmap discussions. Mentor junior platform engineers and guide platform-related initiatives (senior-level). Experience & Qualifications Mid-Level (4–7 years of relevant experience): Hands-on experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure management. Knowledge of Payments, Investor Services, Trade, Pricing & Billing, or Liquidity Management systems. Experience with CI/CD, automation tools, monitoring, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, IBM). Ability to implement and maintain platform services independently. Contributes to documentation, best practices, and process improvements. Senior-Level (7+ years of relevant experience): Deep expertise in enterprise platform design, cloud integration, and scalable architecture. Broad knowledge across financial services domains (Payments, Trade, Investor Services, etc.). Proven experience in leading platform initiatives, driving automation, and mentoring teams. Acts as escalation point for complex platform, integration, or operational issues. Strategic understanding of platform architecture and its impact on business and client experience.
