Key responsibilities Create, edit, and publish platform-native content including short‑form video, statics, carousels, and stories. Adapt filming and editing style to suit each platform’s pacing, subtitles, aspect ratios, and audio. Support campaign rollouts, service launches, and brand moments with relevant content. Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all outputs. Assist with content calendar execution, publishing prep (captions, alt‑text, tagging, QA), and asset organisation. Spot emerging trends and formats, bringing brand‑safe, adaptable content ideas. Provide basic community support and flag issues to the manager. Monitor content performance and apply learnings to optimise future posts. Collaborate with internal teams and external creators; support on shoots and events as needed. Requirements (non‑negotiable) 2–4 years’ experience in social media content creation (agency or in‑house). Diploma or degree in Marketing, Multimedia Design, or a related field. Strong portfolio showcasing short‑form video and platform‑native content. Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar. Solid understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube (what performs on each). Excellent attention to detail, creative instinct, and ability to work at pace. Strong written communication skills. Self‑starter who meets deadlines and accepts feedback well. Available to work outside normal hours occasionally in a dynamic environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
