Sales Coordinator (External Applications Only) Cashbuild is seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to drive sales through consistent customer interaction, accurate quotations, and efficient delivery services. Key Responsibilities Issue and follow up quotations to generate sales. Manage quote process and control special orders. Read building plans and ensure quotations are correct and within agreed timeframe. Manage telephone inquiries and ensure follow‑ups are completed. Conduct competitor analysis to ensure store competitiveness. Communicate bulk deposit transfers to customers. Promote loyalty programs (VIC and Charge Card customers). Manage efficient delivery service and ensure correct rates are charged. Coordinate delivery dispatches within required time limit and communicate delays. Manage customer service desk, resolve complaints, ensure all customers attended. Apply telephone etiquette to answer calls within required time. Manage ready‑for‑business checklists and planogram implementation. Ensure price changes are implemented with advertised prices. Oversee staffing of General Assistants, Sales Advisors, and Forklift Drivers. Maintain safety standards and ensure proper protective clothing usage. Remain aware of suspicious activities and maintain password security. Adhere to values: integrity, accuracy, client focus, personal development. Requirements Grade 12 plus five years related experience or minimum ten years of work‑related experience. Experience with plan reading advantageous. Ability to communicate in English and the dominant language spoken in the area. Above‑average numeric skills. Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service. Work effectively under pressure.
