Overview We are seeking a Salesforce professional with strong expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Agentforce . The candidate should bring a minimum of 4 years of total Salesforce experience , including at least 1 year of hands‑on Agentforce exposure . This role involves designing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements, with a focus on FSC and Agentforce capabilities. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement custom features, applications, and integrations on Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL . Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes. Build and optimize Agentforce workflows and OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards). Develop and maintain integrations with other systems using APIs and middleware. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices. Perform unit testing and collaborate with QA teams to ensure quality and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the Salesforce environment. Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions. Mandate Skills 4+ years Salesforce platform experience (configuration, customization, declarative development). 1+ year Agentforce experience (agent workflows, deployment, management). Hands‑on experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) configuration and development. Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model (OWDs, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules). Strong understanding of SOQL/SOSL . Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) . Preferred Skills Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I/II , OmniStudio Developer , FSC Accredited Professional . Experience with CI/CD tools (Copado, Jenkins) and version control (Git). Familiarity with Agile methodologies . Strong communication and collaboration skills.
