To perform a client services role responsible for the day-to-day client and adviser management function in support of the INN8 Intermediary Servicing client facing team. The role provides technical, operational and administrative support to the Distribution Team on a professional and consistent basis. Qualifications Type of Qualification: Diploma Field of Study: Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting Experience Required: 3-4 years in a client facing environment fulfilling client demand with a focus on maintaining high standards of service and problem resolution, and an understanding of products and services available to clients. Experience Required: 3-4 years in client service/reporting. Additional Experience: Financial/investment experience in a Wealth Management business and a good understanding of operational and administrative processes as well as risk and compliance standards. Experience in a similar mid-office environment or operations is preferred.
