We are looking for an Actuarial Analyst (Pricing) to sit at the centre of it, shaping how we price, monitor, and evolve our Personal Lines portfolio in a way that the business can feel. Why this role matters You will build the analytical backbone of pricing decisions, ensuring they are not only technically sound but commercially relevant You will help us evolve pricing from static models to a living system that adapts, learns, and improves You will operate at the intersection of data, strategy, and real-world outcomes, where decisions have visible impact What you will do Design and run pricing models across portfolios, from foundational methods to advanced approaches including GLMs and machine learning Own portfolio monitoring and reporting, ensuring insights are timely, accurate, and trusted by the business Translate complex analytics into clear recommendations that drive action Strengthen data foundations, from extraction through to quality, lineage, and reconciliation Partner across underwriting, distribution, product and technology to shape pricing decisions that work in practice, not just in theory What you will bring 3 to 6 years in short-term insurance pricing, with delivery to match the ambition Strong technical capability across SQL, Python, SAS or similar tools Progress towards actuarial qualification The ability to hold complexity, without losing the story, the sequencing, or the outcome If this sounds like you If you’re ready to be the calm in the complexity, the person who turns data into decisions that stick, we would like to meet you.
