You will work closely with senior leadership, playing a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, improving business processes, and supporting strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review monthly management accounts Manage full month-end close processes Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal financial controls Perform accurate balance sheet reconciliations Oversee cash flow management and reporting Liaise with external auditors and support audit processes Manage debtors and creditors functions Monitor and control inventory processes Support operational cost tracking, including labour and overtime Compile annual budgets and financial forecasts Conduct margin analysis to support profitability improvement Manage inter-group transactions and reporting Report directly to the CFO and General Manager Experience: Minimum BCom Degree in Finance, with Honours 23+ years relevant experience within a finance role Exposure to inter-company environments is essential Skills: Strong financial reporting and compliance knowledge High attention to detail with strong reconciliation skills Ability to operate independently without the need for micromanagement Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking ability Effective communicator with a professional approach Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented and highly organised Calm under pressure with a professional demeanour Willing to go the extra mile to achieve results Supportive leader with the ability to mentor and develop others Self-motivated and proactive Apply now!
