Intermediate IT Project Manager (Business Systems) We are looking for an intermediate IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of medium to large‑scale projects within a dynamic business systems environment. The role involves managing multiple concurrent workstreams, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors. Key Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle across multiple concurrent IT and business system projects. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, charters, and resource allocations. Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. Lead stakeholder engagement, workshops, and status reporting to ensure alignment and transparency. Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, SDLC processes, and quality standards. Track project progress, budgets, and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations. Coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage vendor deliverables effectively. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Agile certification – advantageous. 3‑6 years’ experience managing IT or business system projects end‑to‑end. Proven experience managing cross‑functional teams and medium to large‑scale projects. Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments. Key Skills Proficiency in Jira, MS Project, or equivalent tools. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills. Solid analytical, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution abilities. Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio). Financial understanding of project budgets and forecasting.
