We specialize in high‑end decorative lighting and technical design services for residential and hospitality clients, including second homes and vacation properties. Our clients include high‑profile individuals and luxury properties, and we pride ourselves on delivering a seamless, premium service. Duties and Responsibilities Own and manage operations across all ventures, including the luxury lighting business, commercial projects, and short‑term rental operations. Lead the launch, development, and optimization of company websites, ensuring functionality, user experience, and integration with internal systems. Implement AI‑driven automation tools and oversee integration with business operations. Launch and optimize online processes, including project management systems, accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks Online), and other cloud‑based tools. Lead, mentor, and build high‑performing remote teams across different geographies. Serve as a proactive problem‑solver and strategic partner to the founder; identify inefficiencies and propose solutions. Ensure exceptional client experience for high‑net‑worth clientele, including contractor and client‑facing communications. Manage budgets, financial tracking, inventory, and vendor relationships. Execute operational strategies to scale the business while maintaining quality and luxury standards. Assist in the development and delivery of signature project‑based lighting packages and services. Education Bachelor's Degree (ideally) Experience Proven background in construction, project management, and luxury service operations. Experience with website launches, website management, or web systems integration. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership mentality; not risk‑averse but practical and solution‑oriented. Experience working with high‑end clients and understanding of luxury market expectations. Tech‑savvy, with experience in process improvement, cloud systems, AI tools, and automation. Strong leadership skills with ability to manage up and down and foster team growth. Excellent communication and emotional intelligence for client‑facing and internal collaboration. Experience with online business operations, system implementation, and workflow optimization. Growth‑oriented, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity and change.
