Role Overview Our client is a fast-growing vehicle tracking and fleet management company, delivering smart, data-driven solutions to businesses across South Africa. They help their clients improve efficiency, reduce risk, and gain full visibility over their fleet operations. They are looking for a proactive and client-focused Key Accounts Manager to manage and retain their existing client base. This role is focused on retention and relationship management, ensuring clients receive exceptional service while identifying opportunities to expand their usage of our clients solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for key clients and play a critical role in reducing churn and increasing lifetime value. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of existing clients (SME to enterprise fleet clients) Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Conduct regular client check-ins and account reviews Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Proactively prevent cancellations and reduce churn Handle and resolve client support escalations effectively Liaise with internal teams (support, technical, accounts) to ensure service delivery Monitor client usage, satisfaction, and performance trends Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client success Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Client retention rate Churn reduction Revenue growth within accounts (upsell/cross-sell) #J-18808-Ljbffr
