Requirements Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. Proven sales experience within the mining industry . Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships across multiple organisational levels. Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Africa . Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and customer-focused approach Previous experience in the supply of mining consumables , ground support products , or related mining solutions . Product knowledge relevant to mining support and consumable products. Experience managing customers across multiple African countries and cultures. Proficiency in CRM and sales management systems, particularly Salesforce and Vendavo . Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth and market penetration within designated export territories across Africa. Develop and maintain strong relationships with mining customers, consultants, distributors and key stakeholders. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline from prospecting through to contract award. Prepare and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales and profitability targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective customer support and successful project execution. Provide regular market intelligence, competitor analysis and customer feedback. Travel extensively throughout assigned territories to support business development and customer engagement.
