We are seeking an experienced, highly organised and values-driven Office Manager to lead and coordinate the administrative and operational backbone of a respected conservation-focused organisation operating across multiple properties and programmes in the Greater Kruger region. About the Opportunity This is more than an Office Manager role. You will become a key contributor within a mission-led organisation stewarding thousands of hectares of protected wilderness and supporting programmes with international visibility and impact. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure seamless operations while fostering a collaborative, ethical and high-performance culture. The Role As Office Manager , you will oversee and support day-to-day operational execution and administrative management across the organisation’s various properties and initiatives. You will play a central role in: Driving efficient office and operational administration Supporting implementation of organisational and operational objectives Coordinating internal processes and logistics Building and maintaining strong team collaboration across departments Managing administrative systems and reporting Supporting financial administration and operational controls Strengthening accountability, governance and process excellence Creating an organised and effective working environment Contributing positively to organisational culture and values alignment Supporting management with planning, coordination and execution activities Candidate Profile We are looking for an individual who brings: Essential Requirements ? Grade 12 plus a relevant tertiary qualification? 5–10 years’ management experience with a proven track record? Strong administrative and operational management capability? Advanced computer literacy with strong MS Office skills (particularly Excel)? Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills? High attention to detail and exceptional organisational ability? Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability? Ability to work independently and collaboratively?
