This role is suited to an individual who can move beyond traditional sales structures and build an integrated commercial ecosystem across direct, partner and supplier channels. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping strategy, driving revenue growth and embedding a high-performance, insight-led sales function. Key responsibilities Design and implement a multi-channel sales strategy across direct, partner and supplier networks Build and manage a scalable, data-driven commercial ecosystem that supports sustainable revenue growth Lead, develop and optimise a national sales function, ensuring strong performance management and accountability Translate business objectives into clear commercial plans, targets and execution frameworks Drive go-to-market strategies, including pricing, channel optimisation and customer segmentation Use data and analytics to inform decision-making, improve forecasting accuracy and identify growth opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across customers, partners and suppliers Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and execution Identify and unlock new revenue streams, partnerships and market opportunities Establish clear sales processes, reporting structures and performance metrics to support ongoing improvement Requirements Proven experience in a senior sales or commercial leadership role Demonstrated ability to operate across complex, multi-channel environments Strong understanding of data-driven sales, analytics and performance management Experience in designing and executing go-to-market and growth strategies Solid commercial acumen with exposure to pricing, margins and revenue optimisation Track record of building and leading high-performing teams Ability to operate strategically while remaining close to execution Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability Advantageous Experience within digital, fintech, telecommunications or platform-based environments Exposure to managing partner ecosystems or indirect sales channels Experience working in fast-paced or scaling organisations
