Responsibilities Provide market coverage and sales for the areas. Management of sales activities to achieve targeted qualitative metrics. Oversee/(Manage where possible) Credit Team activities and outputs within the cluster. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Recruitment, train, and development of Credit Teams. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and operational requirements in the cluster. Requirements Grade 12. Competence with Microsoft Office Suite. Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in sales/ sales management, preferably within a similar industry. Experience in sales and achieving sales targets. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies. Experience in relationship management with clients and stakeholders. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in sales. Ability to interpret charts and present data effectively. Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities. Effective problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills. Knowledge of sales processes and strategies. Planning and organizational competence.
