Key Responsibilities - Support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations - Assist with sales performance, stock management and customer service delivery - Supervise and guide the sales team, storemen, drivers and pickers/packers - Ensure accurate stock control, order processing and deliveries - Assist with sales targets, operational efficiencies and branch performance - Support staff supervision, training and workflow management - Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers - Ensure company policies, safety and operational procedures are followedMinimum Requirements - Matric (additional relevant courses advantageous)- 5+ years experience in motor parts sales or automotive aftermarket environment - Strong technical knowledge of automotive parts - Experience with stock control and branch operations - Strong customer service and sales ability - Good leadership and team supervision skills - Computer literacy (MS Office and stock systems advantageous)Key Competencies - Leadership and team support- Customer service excellence- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills- Attention to detail and stock control discipline- Target-driven with strong work ethicThis position works closely with the Branch Manager to ensure smooth branch operations, strong team performance and excellent service delivery to customers.
