This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate culinary professional to lead a kitchen team and deliver exceptional dining experiences in a refined hospitality environment. Salary: R50,000 Position: Live‑out Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all kitchen operations Lead, train and supervise the kitchen team Develop and maintain high- quality menus in line with the restaurant’s concept Ensure consistency, quality and presentation of all dishes Manage stock control, ordering and supplier relationships Maintain strict food hygiene and health and safety standards Control kitchen costs and work within budget requirements Ensure smooth kitchen operations during service Collaborate with management to enhance the overall guest dining experience Requirements Proven experience as a Head Chef within a luxury restaurant or fine dining environment Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent culinary skills with a passion for high- quality cuisine Strong organisational and time management abilities Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment Valid driver’s licence required Additional Benefits Staff canteen available One meal provided per shift Suitable candidates who meet the requirements are invited to submit their CV to apply for the role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
