Accountable Areas of Performance Academic Delivery Academic Assessment & Reporting Student Behaviour Management School Brand Ambassadorship Administration Health & Safety Qualifications & Experience A Degree (NQF level 7) and PGCE or B. Education (Senior Phase or FET) and possibly a specialised degree if teaching into a specialist subject. SACE certification and a police clearance are required. 2‑5 years teaching experience. 2‑5 years specialist subject teaching, if applicable. Computer and digital literacy. First Aid certification. Attributes & Competencies Evidence of lifelong learning through personal inquiry, reflection and action to inform practice and understanding of teaching & learning. Demonstrated planning and organisation skills with a superior detail orientation. Exceptional interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication and professional presentation skills. Proven track record in managing professional relationships with maturity and high EQ. Professional time management as a minimum requirement of the role.
