Business Development & Marketing Manager Location: Honeydew, Johannesburg Employment Type: Full-Time We are is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager . This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong leadership ability, commercial awareness, and hands-on marketing experience across multiple business channels. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving brand growth, supporting franchise expansion, managing OEM relationships, and coordinating integrated marketing initiatives across the business. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management , or a related field Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing or brand management role Proven experience in managing and leading staff members/teams Strong understanding of digital marketing, traditional advertising, and campaign management Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills Strong commercial acumen with a business development mindset Experience in franchise, retail, automotive, or manufacturing industries will be advantageous Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain relationships with OEM clients and partners Develop, coordinate, and oversee all company marketing, advertising, media, and social media campaigns Support and manage existing franchise network marketing requirements Drive and support new franchise sales and franchise growth initiatives Identify and execute business development opportunities to expand market presence Coordinate the launch, rollout, and implementation of new product lines and services Manage incoming enquiries and ensure efficient allocation to the relevant departments Monitor campaign performance and report on ROI, lead generation, and brand growth metrics Work closely with sales, operations, and management teams to align marketing strategy with business objectives Manage external agencies, suppliers, and service providers where required
