Located near Touws River, this expanding hotel destination offers diverse guest experiences, including restaurants, glamping, and outdoor activities. The successful Junior F&B Manager will play a key role in supporting food and beverage operations, enhancing service standards, and contributing to new and innovative guest offerings within a dynamic environment. Job Requirements Previous experience as an F&B manager or similar role within a 4/5-star hotel or hospitality environment (essential) Diploma in Food Service Management or related hospitality field (beneficial) Strong understanding of food and beverage trends within a boutique setting Solid knowledge of restaurant and bar service standards in a hotel environment Experience with stock control and basic costing processes Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office and Micros systems Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse hospitality team Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Package Salary: R35,000 per month (depending on experience) Accommodation provided (live-in position) Additional Benefits Housing Meals Start Date June 2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr
