Account Manager (US/ European Market) About the Role As an Account Manager at Hyrax , you’ll be responsible for managing relationships with our US and European clients while acting as the key link between client goals and our internal media teams. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively, communication remains clear and proactive, and client expectations are consistently exceeded. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of digital media and performance marketing fundamentals, and client service. You should be highly organised, solutions-driven, and confident communicating with international clients in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time in-office role aligned with US business hours (12:00 PM – 8:30 PM). Key Responsibilities Campaign & Client Management Manage day-to-day communication with US and European clients Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships Understand client goals, KPIs, and expectations and communicate them effectively to internal teams Work closely with Paid Media teams to ensure campaigns are executed in line with client objectives Provide updates, and ensure all action items are followed through within required timelines Project Management Keep projects on track by managing internal deadlines, flagging blockers, and driving accountability Maintain internal tools, trackers, and documentation to support smooth campaign delivery Coordinate asset collection, campaign briefs, and feedback loops between clients and internal teams Reporting & Insights Assist in compiling performance reports with clear takeaways and recommended actions Understand digital tracking fundamentals including pixels, UTMs, attribution, and platform reporting Work with the analytics team to pull key data points for client updates Help translate complex campaign data into client-friendly narratives Team Collaboration & Culture Participate actively in brainstorms, campaign planning sessions, and internal check-ins Contribute to a positive, solutions-focused team environment Support process improvements and operational efficiency across accounts Requirements Previous experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Digital Marketing Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications or Media is an advantage.
