We are seeking an experienced Packaging Manager to join our team in Bloemfontein. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented, structured, and results‑driven professional with strong leadership capabilities and extensive experience in the grain milling industry. Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years supervisory experience Minimum 5 years packaging experience in the grain milling industry Strong knowledge of automated packaging machines & robotics Ability to perform fault‑finding and troubleshoot equipment National Senior Certificate (NQF4) Relevant qualification in Packaging or Supply Chain Management Good computer skills Valid drivers license Responsibilities: Manage and maintain ISO 22000 & HACCP standards Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance planning Lead production and logistics planning Optimize packaging processes through effective use of staff and machinery Ensure packaging meets company and customer quality standards Manage inventory of finished products and packaging materials Achieve packaging targets and drive continuous improvement Position Type: Permanent Location: Bloemfontein, 9301 Salary: Market Related (TBD) Working Hours: 07:30 16:30 Start Date: ASAP
