Corporate Account Manager – Johannesburg, Gauteng. Luxury Lifestyle Management Company. Salary: R25,000 (Negotiable DOE). Role Overview A dynamic, client-facing role focused on managing and growing a key corporate account within a luxury lifestyle environment. This position blends relationship management, commercial strategy, and service delivery to ensure exceptional experiences for high‑net‑worth clients while driving account performance and profitability. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for the client’s management team Ensure delivery against all contractual requirements and SLAs Lead client meetings, including agenda preparation, presentations, and follow‑ups Manage bi‑weekly and monthly reporting with accuracy and consistency Monitor account performance, engagement, and renewals Analyse data and provide insights to drive account growth Handle escalated member queries and complaints professionally Maintain strong internal communication to ensure service excellence Work closely with internal teams to align priorities and delivery Provide direction and updates to teams servicing the account Ensure CRM systems are accurate and up to date Collaborate with operations, communications, and travel teams Deliver training on service standards and product offerings Support ongoing team development initiatives Assist in creating training and sales support materials Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships Support member events, activations, and product launches Identify new revenue opportunities and partnerships Source exclusive offers to enhance the client experience Minimum Requirements 3–5 years of experience in account management Exposure to the luxury sector or agency environment advantageous Strong CRM and reporting experience Proven budgeting and account performance management skills Strong analytical ability with a data‑driven mindset Experience managing or guiding team members Key Competencies Commercially driven and target‑oriented Strong organisational and time‑management skills Excellent communication and presentation skills High attention to detail and problem‑solving skills Professional, confident, and well‑presented Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines High level of discretion and confidentiality Passion for luxury service and client experience Working Conditions Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 Flexibility required for additional hours On‑call availability for service‑related emergencies Occasional business travel required Success Metrics Increased member engagement and service usage Growth in account revenue and fulfilment rates Positive client and member feedback Accurate and consistent reporting and CRM management Successful development of partnerships and initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
