This is what makes the position as Vendor Marketing Project Manager unique Own the full lifecycle of impactful vendor marketing campaigns - from execution to delivery and results - across both the Nordic and Benelux region Work at the center of the business, connecting multiple teams and stakeholders to bring high-impact marketing initiatives to life Drive real commercial impact by tracking performance, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring strong results for both Dustin and its strategic partners Your role & influence as Vendor Marketing Project Manager Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for leading the end-to-end execution of vendor marketing initiatives across the Nordics and Benelux, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, aligned with strategy, and drive measurable business impact through strong cross-functional collaboration. Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of delivering impactful vendor marketing plans and activities. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments within Brand & Marketing and Category & Vendor Management, ensuring alignment, seamless execution, and strong campaign performance. Core Activities Own campaign execution end-to-end – Build and refine briefs, manage timelines, and ensure seamless delivery of vendor marketing campaigns from planning to final reporting Coordinate cross-functional collaboration – Work closely with Design, Production, Channels, Category and Vendor Management to align stakeholders and execute high-quality campaigns Drive performance and optimisation – Track budgets, monitor campaign results, and analyse performance data to continuously improve impact and commercial outcomes What we imagine you bring We envision you as a curious and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, taking full ownership of marketing initiatives while building strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.
