Overview We are in need of a full-time Hollowcore Sales Representative to join our team in the Western Cape, with our head office based outside Durbanville. We operate within the precast industry, supplying Hollowcore products to a wide range of clients. You will report to the Hollowcore Manager but will work largely independently. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow Hollowcore product sales Identify new business opportunities and expand the existing client base Maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and consultants Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients Prepare and submit weekly sales reports Ensure all sales administration is accurate and up to date Achieve and exceed sales targets Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) Minimum of 5 years’ experience in precast, construction, or building materials sales (Hollowcore experience advantageous) Strong knowledge of the construction industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Afrikaans and English Computer literate Well-organised, self-motivated, and target-driven Own reliable transport Willingness to work overtime when required Professional and presentable Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Self-disciplined and able to work independently Energetic “go-getter” attitude What We Offer This position offers a market-related basic salary plus commission, petrol allowance, and cell phone allowance. Employees become members of a provident fund after their 3-month probation period. Annual leave includes the December/January builder’s shutdown.
