Qualifications & Requirements:-Veterinary Degree: BVSc, DVM, or equivalent (strongly preferred)-Experience: Minimum 58 years in feedlot management or large-scale livestock operations-Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of cattle health, nutrition, and feedlot systems-Leadership: Proven experience managing teams and operations at scale-Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets and drive profitability-Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and reporting capabilities-Problem-Solving: Ability to make strategic and operational decisions under pressure-Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in compliance and record-keeping-Technical Skills: Experience with livestock management systems and data analysis tools
