What You’ll Do Speak withinbound seller leads — no cold calling Ask the right questions to qualify motivation, property condition, and timeline Negotiate price and terms , aiming to get contracts signed Follow up with older leads using calls, texts, and emails Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM Hit performance targets and contribute to team goal Requirements 1+ year of phone sales experience (real estate a plus) Excellent spoken English with aminimal accent Ability to work9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST , Monday–Friday Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Quiet work setup and a reliable internet connection Compensation $7 USD per hour (paid weekly or biweekly) 2% commission on net profit from your closed deals —uncapped earnings Potential bonuses based on performance Why Work With Us?
