Key Responsibilities: Oversee warehouse operations, cost control, and KPI performance. Ensure compliance with company procedures, audits, and FSSC 22000 standards. Drive accuracy in picking and receiving, with proper resource allocation. Maintain facilities, equipment, and health & safety standards. Lead risk management, preventative maintenance, and food safety initiatives. Plan and report on daily/weekly activities, budgets, and variances. Manage and develop staff through meetings, oneâonâones, and certification compliance. Requirements: Grade 12 with Higher Grade Math plus a relevant tertiary diploma/degree. 57 years experience in warehousing, distribution, FMCG/QSR, and supply chain management. Proven leadership in inventory, people management, health & safety, and continuous improvement. Advanced MS Office, Excel, WMS, and Microsoft Dynamics GP skills. Strong communication, planning, and problemâsolving abilities.
