Responsibilities Analysing financial and operational data to spot trends, drive insights, and support business performance. Developing financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning. Partnering across teams including Finance, Marketing, and Data Science to align on goals and strategies. Creating compelling dashboards and visual reports in Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to present data clearly to senior stakeholders. Recommending data-driven commercial improvements and optimisations. Qualifications 2 to 5 years of experience in FP&A or a similar financial analysis role. Advanced Excel skills, including VBA and pivot tables. Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau . Working knowledge of SQL. A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, or similar. Retail lending experience would be a plus, but it's not essential. You'll fit right in if you're: Curious by nature and always learning. Great at translating complex data for non-technical teams. Detail-oriented but commercially aware.
