Location: Somerset WestShift: Rotational 8-hour shifts between 13:00 and 23:00Salary: R18,000 + Night Shift Allowance + Sunday Pay (if applicable) About the Role We are looking for a driven and experienced Inbound Sales Team Leader to oversee a medium to large team of inbound sales and reservations agents. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about sales performance, and can effectively lead and motivate a team to exceed targets. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and manage a team of inbound sales/reservations agents Monitor team performance against KPIs, including conversion rates, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and performance feedback Handle escalations and support agents in resolving complex customer queries Ensure adherence to schedules, policies, and operational standards Analyze performance data and implement strategies to improve results Collaborate with management to drive continuous improvement initiatives Requirements Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within a contact center or reservations environment Strong understanding of inbound sales processes and performance metrics Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage a medium to large team effectively Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Comfortable working rotational shifts, including evenings and Sundays (if required) What We Offer Competitive base salary of R18,000 Sunday pay where applicable Opportunity to lead a dynamic and growing team Supportive and performance-driven work environment Working Hours Rotational 8-hour shifts are scheduled between 13:00 and 23:00 .
