Responsibilities Overseeing the entire architectural project lifecycle. Collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to meet project objectives. Managing project scope, schedule, and cost effectively. Conducting feasibility studies and site assessments. Developing and managing project timelines and budgets. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards. Leading project teams and facilitating effective communication. Preparing and delivering presentations to stakeholders. Requirements Master's degree in Architecture or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management Registered with relevant professional architectural body minimum of 3 years Proven experience managing large-scale projects especially in the Healthcare Sector.
