Key Responsibilities Open and close the store Manage daily floor operations Supervise, lead, and motivate staff Ensure high levels of customer service Take full responsibility for the store when management is not present Monitor stock levels and store presentation Operate Odyssey POS and software accurately and efficiently Identify opportunities to improve sales and operational efficiency Minimum Requirements Previous experience as a Floor Manager / Store Manager in retail would be advantageous Proven experience using Odyssey software (non-negotiable) Strong people management and leadership skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Strong sense of ownership and accountability Hardware retail experience will be advantageous Working Hours Retail trading hours Saturdays: until 13:00 No working on Sundays Salary R15,000 – R25,000 per month (based on experience) Performance-based earning potential Please note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
