Aspire Recruiting is seeking an experienced and driven Feed Production Supervisor on behalf of a well-established client operating in the animal feed industry. This role is ideal for a strong leader who can drive production efficiency, ensure rigorous safety compliance, and maintain top-tier product quality. Key Responsibilities: Safety & Quality Management: Ensure the safe operation of producing feed products while consistently meeting both quality and customer requirements. Operational Profitability: Review product quality and modify production methods to maintain and enhance the profitable operation of the division. Process Improvement: Analyse production data and ensure the implementation of improvements to deliver optimal production efficiency. Requirements & Qualifications: Education: National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent to NQF 4. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within a production facility. Prior knowledge and experience in the animal feed industry will be highly favorable. Compliance: Solid knowledge and understanding of ISO standards. Mobility: Must possess a valid RSA driver’s license along with your own reliable transport. Abilities & Competencies: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail. Exceptional planning, organizing, prioritising, and operations coordination capabilities. Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, delegate tasks, and build strong work relationships within a team.
