Key Responsibilities Conduct efficient risk assessments of clients and provide feedback to the team. Assess client background information and financial status. Review applications for compliance and adherence to standards. Perform telephonic trade reference checks and any necessary post-credit checks before fund disbursement. Communicate recommendations to the credit team. Analyze client performance for any concerning changes. Obtain clarifications efficiently when concerns arise. Skills and Qualifications Minimum qualification: Matric. Post-matric qualification is advantageous. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Basic understanding of payment terms and related concepts. Ability to establish rapport with clients. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
