Industry Industrial Vision & Robotics Role Overview Provide pre-sales technical support for logistics automation and intelligent manufacturing solutions. Work closely with sales teams to analyze customer requirements, design technical solutions, prepare proposals and bids, deliver product demonstrations, and support solution implementation. Provide technical training and feedback to internal teams and customers. Key Responsibilities - Pre-sales technical support and solution design - Customer requirement analysis and technical proposal preparation - Product demonstrations and technical presentations - Support sales activities and solution delivery - Technical training for internal teams and partners Requirements - Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, Logistics, or related fields - 3+ years of experience in logistics automation, ERP/WMS solutions, e-commerce systems, or technical consulting - Strong solution design, communication, and presentation skills - Willingness to work overseas or travel long-term - Fluent in Korean and Chinese (English is a plus) Must-Have - Pre-sales experience in logistics or intelligent manufacturing automation - Ability to independently manage end-to-end pre-sales projects in South Korea - Familiarity with South Korean industrial and logistics environments - South Korean nationality or Chinese Chaoxianzu with F4 visa - Ability to work long-term in Seoul Nice-to-Have - Experience with major Korean enterprises (e.g., Samsung, LG, CJ Logistics) - Knowledge of AMR robots, industrial robots, and WMS - Bidding documentation and technical training experience Work & Benefits - Location: Seoul, South Korea (Hybrid) - Working hours: 09:0018:00 - Social security benefits, including five social insurances and housing fund Hiring Process - Online HR interview - Onsite interview with Sales Director
