About the role The BI Consultant for L&D supports delivery of the EMEA My Way programme by managing programme operations, digital platforms (My Way app/SpotMe, SharePoint) and reporting. Ensures a smooth participant experience, coordinates workshops end-to-end, and improves processes through automation and new technology adoption in collaboration with the Operations Lead, Programme Manager and stakeholders. Programme operations & workshop logistics Digital platforms & automation (SpotMe/My Way app, SharePoint, Power Platform) Reporting & insights (Power BI dashboards, impact/ROI and Net Zero metrics) Qualification/Certification required Matric Data Analysis or Business Intelligence certification Experience Required Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills, including strong data analysis skills. Working experience on Power BI (or similar BI tools). Working experience on Power Automate. Working experience on various AI tools. Ability to run and interpret post‑course evaluations and surveys. Experience with automation using Power Automate / Power Platform or similar workflow tools. Basic UX principles for organizing content and designing user-friendly pages. High proficiency in PowerPoint, acting as a “slide design wizard” for creating clear, visually strong and brand-aligned decks. Basic understanding of emissions / Net Zero reporting. Ability to build and structure content in SharePoint as a communication/training channel. Graphic design capability for visually engaging materials. Confident use of Microsoft Teams for facilitation, screen-sharing, and basic breakout/interaction features. Responsibilities of the role Technology & Digital Experience Responsibilities Configure and manage the My Way app (SpotMe no‑code platform) for each module, including emails, content, user lists, and overall structure, ensuring content is clear, engaging, and accessible. Design and maintain SharePoint-based communication platforms for champions, tutors, and participants, using UX best practices to create clear, visually structured pages that reduce queries. Use Power Platform and other PwC tools to optimize processes and implement automation, including improving existing workflows and introducing innovative digital solutions. Monitor and enhance automated visa letter processes for in‑person workshops. Automate calendar bookings for workshops, meetings, and events. Responsible for the adoption of new technologies and improvement of current operations Ensure that all activities comply with internal and external regulations and prepare reports as necessary. Leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and delivery for operations, processes, dashboards and reporting. This includes AI outcome quality assurance – validating AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with team programs. Applying new platform learnings to the programme to keep it relevant. Research and implementation of new technologies & processes innovations for the programme. Data, Reporting & Analytics Collect, review and act on participant feedback, including conducting post-course evaluations and preparing follow-up reports. Update and refine Power BI dashboards for My Way. Lead the bi-annual Alumni Impact Report for the My Way programme, including data collection, consolidation and coordination across stakeholders. Manage the RoI process for the My Way programme, including calculating retention, promotion, and other impact metrics. Own the Net Zero data and reporting for My Way, including calculating emissions related to travel, logistics and workshops. Work in a flexible model as part of the EMEA People Development Team for My Way programme, reporting to the Operations Lead and the programme Manager. Plan and manage all workshop logistics (before, during and after delivery), ensuring smooth execution and handling ad‑hoc issues. Manage diagnostics (e.g. Leadership Circle Profile), related systems, and associated operational processes. Coordinate participants’ nomination processes in collaboration with Operations Lead. Provide operational support to additional programmes and projects as required. Ensure virtual course environment is supporting the needs of the Below Partner Programmes Workshops. Prepare the Yearbook at the end of the journey for the My Way programme. Take responsibility for updating and maintaining programme Sharepoint websites. Create high-quality communication and training materials (e.g. slides, SharePoint pages, booklets, videos) that are visually engaging, easy to read, and brand aligned. Ensure all materials and content for My Way are fully aligned with the latest PwC branding, including supporting the rebranding process and updating existing assets. Editing videos based on project requirements when needed. Stakeholder Collaboration & Facilitation Being a dynamic member of the My Way Team, with a positive, cost effective, caring and “can do attitude”. Cooperation with other L&D teams to ensure sharing of practices of systems and platforms and positioning of the programme. Facilitate meetings when necessary and upon request.
